Week 2 Summary:

December 31, 2011

I bought a new set of selectable dumbbells. Since I’m able to do more exercises faster, it’s made the workouts go by faster and easier.

I did pretty good Christmas day. I had one cookie, but so far I haven’t touched the “Little Debbie” Christmas Tree Cakes my grandma bought for everyone. I’m not really sure when I’ll get around to eating them. I keep forgetting about them.

On Tuesday I didn’t get to workout until 9:00 at night. That was kind of frustrating, but to be expected sometimes.

So week two is in the book. See ya next year!


Week 1 Summary.

December 24, 2011

Today is Christmas Eve, but most importantly for me, it’s Saturday which I’ve decided will be my day off. I will not excericise on Saturday and I will generally eat what I want.

Overall, it’s been a pretty good week. I’ve stuck to the food plan laid out by the BFL book and I’ve worked out every day so far. I seem to have a bit more energy and such. The photo isn’t bland and tasteless and so yeah. So far, so good.

I hope everyone will enjoy seeing my progress (I hope) from where I am on December 18, 2011 to where I hope to be on December 18, 2012.

I will be posting photos and thoughts about the changes I’m making and hope to keep making for the next year and hopefully for the rest of my life.
