So yeah, my right shoulder really hurts right now. I think I might have to skip an upper body workout on Sunday. It got really bad when I was doing my shoulder exercises. It’s been there for a few weeks, but it hadn’t really been that bad. I’ll probably not bother with the upper body on Sunday morning, I’ll have to see how it feels next Thursday.
This is kind of annoying as I went through this already with my left shoulder/back early last month. So now there’s this. But, I’m sure if I take it easy for a week or so, it’ll go away on it’s own.
