Bad Saturday.

Yesterday was my free day when it comes to food and I think I might have overdone it a little bit. I took an hour long walk last night to sort of make up for it. But it did feel good to have some of the foods I was really starting to miss. Also had a couple beers. But this morning, right back to work on eating the right foods and doing my workouts. Important that if I do eat a bit too much on my free day that I go right back to work on Sunday.
