3 months.

Well, as of today, it’s been 3 months of doing BFL. I’ve dropped from 307.2 pounds down to 269.8 and I’ve completed one challenge. Overall, I feel pretty good and the nice thing is that besides some sweets, sugary baked foods and white bread, I haven’t changed my diet much at all. Well I also quit drinking beer too and I’m drinking a lot more water too. So that’s probably the biggest reason for the weight loss at this point in time.

So yeah, pretty cool. I also have an iPad now too. No, it has nothing to do with this, just thought I’d throw that in here.
