Two weeks ago I was at 232.6. Today I’m at 230.4. That’s not too bad considering I went to Pittsburgh last weekend and had a Primanti sandwich and lots of beer on Friday and this huge tailgate thing last Saturday and drank a lot of beer, had a lot of food that’s not so good for me and didn’t really work out at all the entire two weeks between the 8th and 22nd. But now, I’m back at it again. This week had some good warm up sessions including weightlifting and cardio. Meanwhile, I’ve eaten right all week. So it’s nice to be back in to my regular routine. Some time off from it was nice. Gave me a chance to relax about food for a while and not have to worry about workouts.
So yeah, tomorrow is the official start of Challenge 3. Can’t wait to see the results from that!
