C3 W4. Week 36.

Last week I was at 227.8. This morning I’m at 224.2. How did that happen? Well, I haven’t eaten very much this week. Mostly because of work. Stuff has been going really wrong lately and I just haven’t had the time to stop and eat the last few days. So yeah, if I can get back on schedule with my eating, I could gain weight this week. Who the heck knows? I didn’t work out yesterday either. I worked pretty much from 6:00 in the morning to 8:30 at night. I’d quit if it wasn’t a family business…

I mean really, it’s tough to just up and leave when your dad can’t walk and everyone is depending on you to take care of things while he’s unable to work as much. It’s making this challenge extremely difficult. There’s the finding time to work out and eat right and then there’s the stress and tension of trying to keep everything in order at work and pulling in 12, 13 and 14 hour days…
